Law Graduate from the University of Salamanca, he is a founding partner of Charles & i, Law Firm. He has more than 35 years of practice in the fields of energy and international trade, with proven experience negotiating all types of transactions and drafting contracts across five continents and in more than 50 countries.
He has served as a senior executive in various national and international companies in the energy sector, including Vivendi and Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción, where he held the positions of Head of the Legal Department and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

An expert in international procurement with more than 12 years of experience auditing and certifying factories in Asia, the Americas, and Europe, he also has an extensive global commercial and procurement network.
