Turning Complexity into Certainty
In the oil & gas business, logistics is not just about moving product: it’s about coordinating every link in the chain with precision to avoid delays and unexpected costs.
Our Logistics Suite brings together the critical elements — inspections, storage, fixtures, and bunkering — into one transparent and reliable process.
From independent verification of quantity and quality, to selecting the right tank, scheduling tankers and barges, or providing support in bunkering operations, we make sure each stage is properly documented, aligned, and validated.
This way, our clients gain the operational and financial certainty they need to execute their plans with safety, efficiency, and confidence.

Survey
(quantity & quality, explained)
Inspections exist to create trustworthy numbers. We arrange independent surveyors for quantity (gauging, temperature and density corrections, loss calculations) and quality (sampling plans, composite and retain samples, lab analysis).
The output is an inspector’s certificate and a full report you can rely on—useful for both operations and finance.

Tank
(capacity, suitability, and readiness)
Choosing the right tank saves time and prevents costly surprises. We look at segregation, contamination risk, heating or blending needs, connectivity (barge/pipeline/sea berth), and terminal rules.
We then arrange orders for movement and confirm the tank is ready when your product is. If blending is required, we coordinate procedures and sampling to prove the final spec..

Tanker & barge
(fixtures that actually work)
A good fixture aligns laycan and pumping plans with the tank’s readiness. We work with reputable shipbrokers and carriers, specify constraints early, and track documentation after the call: statements of facts, laytime, and any demurrage mitigation.
When something changes (weather, berth, lab times), we update the plan and keep everyone aligned.

Bunkering support
(when relevant)
Where a flow involves bunkering, we ensure the right survey scope and documentary format so that the receiving party—and any financier—gets the assurance they need.
