How we create value
Verified sourcing. We prioritise counterparties with traceable title and capacity. Where helpful, we coordinate KYC highlights and sanction screens to accelerate approvals.
Tank nomination. We map availability and nominate tanks that fit your spec, segregation and blending needs. We secure orders for movement and align terminal procedures with the rest of the plan.
Independent inspections. We appoint a first‑tier surveyor (quantity/quality) with a sampling and testing plan that suits the product and the finance instrument (e.g., L/C). Reporting follows accepted API/EI/ISO methods.
Transport that fits the slot. We coordinate barges or tankers with laycan and pumping plans that match tank readiness and berth constraints. Post‑fixture, we keep the documentation tight: statements of facts, laytime, and any claims if needed.
Documents that stand up. From term sheet and SPA to inspection reports, B/L and attestations, your file is prepared for settlement and audit. We close with a reconciled statement so everyone agrees on the facts.

What we broker
EN590 (10 ppm), Gasoil, Jet A‑1, Gasoline components, Fuel Oil, MGO, Naphtha and blend components. We also support selected bio‑blends when the logistics and documentation are clear. Tell us your spec window and delivery needs—spot or term—and we will align product, tank and transport accordingly.

What you receive
- A written operational procedure clarifying roles, timeline and hand‑offs.
- Confirmations for tank nomination and inspection scheduling.
- Surveyor reports and certificates, including lab results where applicable.
- Transport documentation (fixture recap, pumping records, B/L drafts and final).
- A closing pack with attestations and a demurrage/loss review where relevant.

Example engagements
Spot EN590 with tank injection (Rotterdam). We allocate capacity, run Q&Q, and lift by barge into NWE with documents formatted for the finance instrument.
Blending and relocation within ARA. Components enter segregated tanks, blending is supervised with terminal and surveyor, and the finished product is dispatched to another terminal.
Controlled ship‑to‑ship (STS) ahead of export. When appropriate, we plan a time‑bound STS with surveyor attendance and backup options to protect the schedule.
